Bandit Gaming: Donkey Kong Country Recreated Using Doom Engine
September 14th, 2014 Carl Williams The headline is not misleading in any way. A modder by the name of “DooMero” has used the Doom engine, specifically the GZDooM hack, to recreate Donkey Kong Country in a 2.5D side scrolling platformer. The results are quite interesting to say the least.
