Streets of Rage 4 is the game fans wanted it to be. That is a rarity considering how sequels in similar situations turn out. Take Duke Nukem Forever for instance – long wait for a less than stellar game. Dotemu, Lizardcube and Guard Crush Games came through for fans. Now we are seeing the merchandise pick up. Lineage Studios have brought out 15 individual Streets of Rage 4 pins, several are full characters with items.

Merch is good

You may be rolling your eyes right now. Probably thinking pins are stupid. You would be wrong. Merchandise like this shows major support for the game. Streets of Rage 4 was long overdue. Fans are lapping stuff like this up and thankfully it is being made.

Much like sports and puzzle games on a platform, merch is a good thing.

You see, merchandise means the game, this new brawler entry, for instance, was success. There are fans that want more of the content. Streets of Rage 4 pins is that content.

While pins may not be your thing, they are available for hardcore fans. For that, I am thankful.

Streets of Rage 4 still going strong

The game was released recently but it is holding strong with streamers and fans alike. This is again great news for the game. Think about this, when is the last time you saw a popular game being streamed that was not a battle royal game?

The brawler market is one that was thought dead as well. Sure, we got a few entries in this genre over the years. Double Dragon 4, Mother Russia Bleeds, and even a couple River City Ransom entries all came to fans aide. The difference is, none of those broke through to the mainstream like Streets of Rage 4 did.

Go ahead, check out the Streets of Rage 4 pins and grab the ones you are interested in. Support companies that support your interests. That way we all win, and everyone gets more stuff.
