One thing games on the Nintendo Switch seem to be pushing hard lately is the classic 2D side scrolling aspect. Not just “8-bit looking” but the view with all new graphics and additions such as artistic zooming ala Samurai Shodown and or Art of Fighting on the Neo Geo platform. Slain Back from Hell is one of those titles and it is awesome to say, it is now available in physical format for the Nintendo Switch.

Digerati have partnered with game publisher Merge Games (Candle, Dead Cells, Darkest Dungeon, Riot, Moonlighter, etc) to bring Slain Back from Hell to the Nintendo Switch with extras.

The good news is only good news for fans in Europe because those of us in North America must wait till August 7^th to get our hands on the touchie version. That is fine, I can wait.
