These are reportedly titles that the RETRO VGS team are “in negotiations” with the publishers/developers of. I cannot authoritatively state this is true or not but it is listed on their IndieGoGo page at this time.
Double Dragon Trilogy by DotEMU is a port of the original arcade games (covered previously here on RGM). Brawling fans will want to check this one out, while not as advanced as Final Fight, Peace Keepers or Streets of Rage, Double Dragon is still capable of holding its own. Also available on Steam, GoG, Amazon and mobile platforms.
Pier Solar by Watermelon Games is a role playing game that was all the rage a few years ago (previous coverage here on RGM). Also available on, or will be, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, Wii U, Ouya, Playstation 3, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
Last Hope Pink Bullets by NG:DEV.TEAM is an update to their earlier title, Last Hope. Pink Bullets does make the game a little easier since the bullets are easier to see. Scrolling shooter fans know all about this one. Also available for Neo Geo and Sega Dreamcast.
Finally, Jeffrey Wittenhagen’s Black Box Challenge by Sly Dog Studios is a companion type game for Jeffrey Wittenhagen’s “Complete NES” book that was a Kickstarter success. Fans can apparently expect a turn based role playing collectathon similar to Pokemon. Not much is known about this title at the moment. It is interesting to note that the Kickstarter for the Black Box Challenge stretch goal to come to the VGS was not met by backers (it fell just under $10 grand short).
On the next page I will discuss the exclusive IndieGoGo console colors and close this article up.

Superb site you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any message boards that cover the same
topics discussed here? I’d really like to be a part of group where I can get feed-back from other experienced people
that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations,
please let me know. Appreciate it!
