Capcom are not ones to shy away from the demand of gamers, unless it is for a true sequel to a Street Fighter game. Previously only available at conventions, this new helmet and stand (powered through your computer’s USB port) will now be available for a limited time directly through Capcom. Collectors get your credit cards ready, everybody else, prepare for inflated Ebay prices shortly after release.

Some notes about this collectible- this is the first time it has been made avaialble at this size, it is 8 inches tall and weighs over 3 pounds. The reason it weighs so much is because it is made out of chrome resin. You can remove the helmet from the base, not sure what you would do it with separately though. This release is individually numbered and will be in limited supply.

As with many of these “toys” that are presented for sale, this one is not much different in that it is really just a display item. Something to put on your desk at work, at home, on your bookshelf, where ever and just show off. The helmet is detachable so you can at least do that, if you even take it out of the box- remember sealed is worth more on Ebay as any cursory search over there will show you inflated prices for the sealed version of nearly anything gaming related.
