NES Remix hit last December and NES Remix 2 hit this last April (Japan), both for the Nintendo Wii U. Both were digital only releases and apparently, there has been enough demand and chatter that reached the ears at Nintendo about this. Nintendo of America has just announced both will be coming to their Wii U platform in physical format. Actual, honest to own, disc release of NES Remix 1 and 2 in the NES Remix Pack for Nintendo Wii U. Awesome.

For those that do not know, NES Remix is a series of mini games that are essentially “remixed” NES game levels. What I mean by that is instead of just playing Super Mario Bros level 1 like normal, you may be playing it as Luigi and it will be running backwards.

NES Remix Pack is coming this holiday season for the Wii U.
