Athenor is a new graphical adventure game for the Amstrad CPC that hearkens back to the days of early graphical text adventure games such as the Questprobe series. These games were known for having both graphics (top of the screen usually) and text input (bottom part of the screen). Athenor is squarely in this line of gaming and it is only available in French at the moment.
Developed by Eric Safar in association with Gamopat, Athenor is available on 3 1/2 disks (a free .DSK version will be made available at a later time). According to Indie Retro News, there is an English, and German, version coming. Also, the Commodore 64 is going to be getting a version of Athenor.
