Puzzle games have been popular on the Nintendo Entertainment System ever since Tetris opened the floodgates. That is not all that an interesting statement taken on its own but figure in that the NES is a couple of decades out of commercial circulation and well, then it adds a little more meat to that statement. One such new puzzle game for the NES is 2048, a port of the popular mobile title of the same name.

There is not a lot different here versus other versions of 2048. The screen is clean and clear and the game is just as nerve wracking on Nintendo’s old workhorse as it was on Android.
