What Was Not: Buck Rogers on Super Nintendo

This is an interesting discovery as it effects a title that was released (similar to Sunman/Superman and Journey To Silius/Terminator). If you remembe the Super Nintendo/PC exclusive, Jim Power, then you remember the hacked version of what was originally a Buck Rogers title.

The developers behind this game, Loriciel, apparently had the license for Buck Rogers when they started development. At some unknown point, apparently close to release, the license was lost/revoked for whatever reason. Rather than dumping the game into the trash, Loriciel decided to edit it a bit and create a new game which would become Jim Power.
