Watermelon are not sitting around twiddling thumbs when it comes to creating games. After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Watermelon continued working on Pier Solar’s update, here are some screens to show that progress off.
If you are not familiar Watermelon, they are most famous for releasing the original Pier Solar on Sega Genesis/Mega Drive. Pier Solar was an original role playing game for Sega’s defunct system. Fans can expect more from the HD remake than just prettier graphics. Extra content, new mini games and longer quests are all on schedule to be included.
Pier Solar HD is coming to Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, Mac, Linux and Dreamcast. No word on a Playstation 3 version though.
