Another Japanese exclusive game has been translated into English by fans and released for free. Sansar Naga is a complex breeding simulation YEARS before Pokemon was released (SN hit in 1990).  This is a Nintendo NES title that could be sleeper hit of the year.

Incorporating the dragons that you are breeding and raising Sansara Naga is quite unique. Here, enemies are fed to the dragons to raise their stats. Going one step farther, the dragons will act like the player- battle valiantly and successfully and your dragon will be fierce and commanding. Run away and hide and you will have a four legged wimpy creature on your hands that will probably pee its pants at every loud noise.  This is one fan translation that obviously took a ton of work to do as Sansara Naga is not a simple game.
